Job Title: Investran Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investran Application Specialist to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. As a key member of our Application team, you will be responsible for technical implementations of various applications within the Private Equity and Real Estate domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical implementations of Investran and other applications within the Private Equity and Real Estate domain.
  • Support and manage the delivery of internal operations and support.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical and user issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Investran application and SQL issues.
  • Document processes, procedures, and policies for governance of platforms.
  • Monitor internal processes to ensure proactive resolution of issues.
  • Document business user procedures and support user training.
  • Participate in coordination and implementation of new platform releases.
  • Support Project Managers in ongoing initiatives related to Business Core Operations Solutions.
  • Development and enhancement of platforms to increase automation and expand features.
  • Internal coordination between IT functions and groups for high-quality service delivery.
  • Support business in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in a team responsible for providing technical, implementation support, and administration of business applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to install and configure vendor applications in a 3-tier architecture.
  • Experience building and supporting IT Private Equity applications.
  • Knowledge of financial applications, systems, or application architecture/platforms.
  • Experience of Application/Database infrastructure setup and management.
  • Experience supporting applications within desktop environments, Windows servers, and AWS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced technician in Microsoft Windows Server environments, Linux, Java applications, Microsoft IIS, SQL Server, SSRS, and AWS.
  • Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies, including ITIL standards.
  • Strong Investran and SQL knowledge, including experience with script writing and automation.
  • SQL Server Reporting Services development experience.
  • Experience in technical writing/documentation skills.
