We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 669955 NB INC. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Customer Service and RelationsAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, fostering positive relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
Record Keeping and AnalysisMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
Work Scheduling and ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent work term
- Work language: English
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
