Senior Communications Strategist

Worldsource Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing communications strategies that drive business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Communications Plans: Collaborate with our Director, Content and Communications to create comprehensive communications plans for internal and external audiences.
- Craft Compelling Content: Write clear, well-written copy for various communications tactics, including regulatory and operational pieces, corporate and internal communications, media, and thought leadership.
- Manage Communications Needs: Oversee day-to-day communications requirements, including external communications, editing, and the communications inbox.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Partner with our Marketing and Communications team to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, such as business development and event collateral, content marketing, and other priorities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to support their communications needs, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all communications.
- Identify Content Gaps: Proactively identify opportunities for new content and work with relevant parties to develop and execute.
- Approach Content Strategically: Ensure copy delivers on individual project goals and our overarching communications strategy, considering data, user research, and feedback to continually improve content quality and engagement.
- Minimum 5 Years of Communications Experience: Proven track record in the financial industry, with a background in communications.
- Engaging Content Creation: History of writing engaging and informative content for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, with a firm understanding of grammar, syntax, and style guides.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle competing projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, advocating for the audience while accepting constructive feedback.
