Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that drives engagement, conversion, and retention across our customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement a growth marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives customer engagement and conversion.
- Lead Marketing Automation Efforts: Oversee the development and execution of marketing automation campaigns, including email, lead nurturing, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Database Management and Analysis: Manage and analyze our marketing databases, ensuring data quality and integrity, and providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Targeting and List Segmentation: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging data and analytics to identify and engage high-value customer segments.
- Email Campaigns and Landing Pages: Design and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets to support growth marketing initiatives.
- Compliance and Data Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to data security, privacy, and marketing permissions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and A/B testing, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, database management, and creative software; experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Yardi, etc.
- Personal Qualities: Strategic thinker, excellent written and analytic skills, and demonstrated track record of developing creative solutions.
