Daily Responsibilities:

As a Senior Human Resources Strategist, you will collaborate closely with division leaders to spearhead strategic planning initiatives aimed at fulfilling both immediate and long-term business goals. You will partner with talent acquisition specialists to assess workforce requirements and design engaging competency-based interviews that attract top talent. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting dynamic onboarding programs that ensure new hires embark on an exciting journey with us.

Your role will also involve conducting talent reviews, succession planning, and implementing effective talent retention strategies, ensuring our organization is staffed with motivated and skilled individuals. You will create personalized development plans that guide employees on their growth paths, helping them achieve their professional aspirations.

Furthermore, you will oversee action plans derived from annual engagement surveys, facilitating an environment where employees feel encouraged to share their insights and suggestions. Your expertise will also extend to coaching operational teams on essential health, safety, and compliance practices, promoting a safe and positive workplace experience.

In addition, you will manage employee relations, conducting thorough investigations and implementing performance improvement plans to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere. When showcasing your contributions, you will provide senior leadership with insightful HR dashboards, presenting a comprehensive overview of key metrics and trends.

Required Qualifications:
  1. 8+ years of pertinent experience in human resources management.
  2. Strong background in employee relations.
  3. Post-secondary education in business and/or human resources.
  4. Ability to travel locally with a reliable vehicle.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
