Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our global sales team in Montreal. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and growing our client base in Montreal and more widely in Canada and North America. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with aerospace clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management
    • Manage and oversee key accounts or develop a market segment, with leadership and influence on the customer, with the appropriate teams. Implement account and prospecting plans
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
    • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base. Implement account and prospecting plans
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements
    • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
    • Promote our products and services effectively within the aerospace industry
  • Collaboration and Coordination
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align strategies
    • Facilitate customer visits to our sites and sales offices globally
    • Coordinate marketing campaigns and product launches
    • Participate in the recruitment, assignment, and development of employees as needed
  • Financial Acumen
    • Analyze costs and pricing for customer projects
    • Track and update customer contracts
    • Maintain and control project expenses
