Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Professional to join our team at Go Auto. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers and ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software, hardware, and network-related problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, Active Directory, and Office 365
