About the Role

Clio is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data & AI team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions through data-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to create meaningful data solutions that drive business growth and customer success.
  • Standardize source of truth dashboards and apply best practices to create intuitive and informative visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain data models to answer complex business questions and optimize queries for performance.
  • Effectively communicate findings and feedback to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Manager to govern our BI environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (computing science, statistics, mathematics, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or data modeling.
  • Proficiency in database modeling, SQL, and knowledge of data warehousing principles.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and data storytelling.
  • Understanding of SaaS business metrics such as MRR, churn, etc.
  • Passion for understanding data and identifying root causes of trends.
  • Proven experience with cloud-based business intelligence tools, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Redshift or other cloud data warehouses.
  • Expertise in translating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
