About the Role

As a Senior Community Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for delivering community acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies for our titles. You will team up with studio leads and the Global Publishing team to develop and execute plans that drive meaningful audience growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement audience growth and engagement strategies that align with our brand and publishing strategies.
* Work with studio and brand partners to identify and amplify relevant content that delivers on growth and engagement objectives.
* Build and maintain a deep understanding of our audience and market trends to inform content and strategy decisions.
* Develop and execute community events and activations that drive engagement and retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of community strategies.

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in audience/community management, with a proven track record of driving growth, engagement, and retention.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies.
* Strong understanding of content and market trends, with the ability to build and maintain a deep understanding of our audience.
* Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, with a focus on YouTube and TikTok.
* Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple programs across multiple markets.
