Quality Assurance Director

About the Role:
mdf commerce Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce quality standards and testing materials and products.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals in ensuring the quality of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality assurance initiatives.
- Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of our quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of software quality assurance experience, including automation testing, performance testing, and manual testing.
- 10 years of experience managing a quality assurance team and experience building, growing, and mentoring QA associates.
- Experience working with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in performing different types of testing, including black box, GUI, integration, regression, backend, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
