As a key member of our international team, we are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality assurance efforts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality standards and testing materials to ensure high-quality products and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality and reliability standards.
- Create and maintain product quality documentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead and develop a quality assurance team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Ensure quality by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software quality assurance experience, including automation testing, performance testing, and manual testing.
- 10 years of experience managing a quality assurance team and experience building, growing, and mentoring QA associates.
- Experience working with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Expertise in performing different types of testing, including black box, GUI, integration, regression, backend, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience with DevOps in CI/CD and working with test environments.
- Experience planning and executing end-to-end testing of multiple integrated systems.
- Experience with multiple testing methodologies to ensure functionality, reliability, performance, and security.
- Experience working with eProcurement systems.
