We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at beBee Professionals in Sydney. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent medical care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' conditions and administer treatments and medications in a safe and effective manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, document medical information, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and registration.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team, prioritizing patient needs and delivering high-quality care.
