Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at 2153804 Ontario INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and employee productivity.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that the store is operating within budget and achieving its financial goals.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that stock is properly managed.
- Employee Development: Provide training and development opportunities to retail staff, helping them to build their skills and advance in their careers.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, including the upkeep of fixtures, equipment, and facilities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in inventory management, financial management, and marketing strategies.
- Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal).
