Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Skyways Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Operational Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our motel facilities, including the management of equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Client Service: Assist guests with special needs and ensure that their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Work Setting: Our motel is a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Dependability: Be reliable and dependable, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Initiative: Take the initiative to identify and solve problems, ensuring that our motel runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Organized: Be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders to achieve our goals and objectives.
