Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Skyways Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the motel.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
- Coordinate and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members, teaching them job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring the motel is well-stocked and equipped to meet guest needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel or motel industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic environment.
