About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our French and English-speaking merchants and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed internal notes on customer interactions, documenting problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss updates, share knowledge, and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
