">The Compassionate Community Care Manager plays a critical role in leading our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients. As a registered nurse with significant experience in management and leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and quality client care within your program area.

- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and services to clients.">

- Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor or post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., nursing, health sciences).">
- Certifications/Licenses: Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Canada.">

- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in managing teams and implementing change initiatives.">
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.">

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
