About the Role

The Swatch Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Coordinator to join their team in Toronto. As a key member of the Hour Passion & Prestige Sales & Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication within retail teams, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and operations strategies to maximize growth potential
  • Review P&L statements, develop budgets and forecasts, and provide financial reports
  • Collaborate with HR and Store Management teams on talent selection, retention, and succession planning
  • Mentor Store Management on KPIs and maintain an accountability culture
  • Review inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with visual/merchandising directives
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and schedule repair work orders
  • Set up new IOs for retail projects and analyze spending reports

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of operations experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Experience with SAP is highly desired
  • Familiarity with Cegid and/or other POS systems is highly desired
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Training and presentation skills
  • French communication skills (an asset)
