At S.i. Systèmes, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Lead to support and advise on a large contact center solution implementation project from initiation to go-live for our Benefits Modernization initiative.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work on an enterprise-wide contact center initiative with 20,000+ employees and 3,500+ contact center agents.
  • We require a valid enhanced reliability clearance for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project plan aligns with best practices and is reviewed by the Project Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure its successful delivery.
  • Monitor progress and advise management on necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mature the change process to manage changes to the project scope and timeline efficiently.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Support the project in managing change and engaging employees to drive adoption and success.
  • Manage changes to the project scope with the System Integrator (SI) and ensure proper documentation and communication.
Requirements
  • Experience working on large-scale contact center initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Valid enhanced reliability clearance.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
