About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our efforts in Enterprise Finance, driving innovation and excellence in application development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in various technologies, including IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, Oracle - PCMCS, Big Data, and Full Stack Programming products. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of complex applications, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide strategic guidance on technical solutions
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10-12 years of experience in software development and leadership, with a focus on Enterprise Finance applications
  • Strong understanding of enterprise performance management concepts, including financial planning and analysis, financial consolidation, and cost allocations
  • Infrastructure knowledge, including client-server, SaaS, mainframe, and DevOps tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a distributed global environment
