Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at H-Authentica. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, recording and preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office procedures and routines.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
