**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to lead our heavy civil construction projects in the Lower Mainland. As a key member of our team, you will oversee site development and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Company Overview:**

**Salary:** $150-$160K per year, negotiable based on experience

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and evaluate site performance to ensure efficient project delivery
• Develop and implement safety protocols to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Manage project schedules, costs, and resources to meet client expectations

**Requirements:**
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in utility installation and earthworks or hybrid experience
• Strong technical knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and project management principles
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and build client relationships
