Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the success of the project.
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills to complete tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
  • 40 hours per week.
