Customer Service Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Left Coast Naturals. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and upholding the core values of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with warehouse and freight companies to ensure efficient delivery
- Maintain current customer information in our ERP system
- Ensure internal policies are followed, including pricing checks and customer complaint tracking
- Process courier shipments and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in order entry or a similar detail-oriented role
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
- Understanding of EDI is a plus
