About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Kenny Landscaping & Lawncare ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, beautiful, and functional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and planting
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including hiring and training staff
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other tools
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
