Become a vital member of our team at IG Wealth Management as a Regional Office Operations Coordinator. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, both internal and external, ensuring exceptional service and assistance. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Greeting clients and managing incoming communications
- Overseeing mail and courier logistics
- Arranging meeting spaces and ensuring office equipment is operational
- Providing support and training to the Consultant network
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new team members and assisting with their training and inquiries
- Delivering administrative assistance to the Manager as required
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience within the Financial Services sector
- Educational background in business
- Strong capabilities in client service, accountability, communication, and teamwork
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
