About the Role:

Invictus Direct is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with existing and potential clients through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients and meet sales targets.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closure, utilizing CRM software to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with SaaS/software solutions, or related fields in the Industrial Automation and/or relevant industries.
  • Knowledge/experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA Systems, EAM, OEM, System Integrators, and other related technologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in using software applications to manage sales activities.
  • Bilingual English/French language skills.
