Job Summary:

Invictus Direct is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and generate new business opportunities with existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Stay Informed about Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM Software: Utilize CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage and track client interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare and Present Proposals: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Provide Timely and Accurate Reports: Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience with SaaS/software solutions, or related fields in the Industrial Automation and/or relevant industries.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation: Knowledge/experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA Systems, EAM, OEM, System Integrators, etc...
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bilingual English/French: Bilingual English/French.
