About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Store Manager to join our team at Starbucks. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and creating a meeting place in our communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Utilize your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and revenue growth in our stores.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and provide coaching and mentorship to your team members to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and community partners, and create opportunities for our stores to make a positive impact in our communities.
Requirements
  • 3+ Years of Retail or Sales Management Experience: Proven track record of success in a retail or sales management role, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer service.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum education requirement for the role.
