Position Overview

The Hairdressing Salon Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of TRENDS SALON & SPA. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and customer service excellence.

Education Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule daily work assignments for staff.
  • Organize maintenance and repair activities for salon equipment.
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency situations.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems and salon machinery.
  • Manage the cleaning and upkeep of specialized salon tools and equipment.
  • Prepare and present various reports on salon performance.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for salon operations.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical guidance and suggesting improvements for productivity and quality.
  • Supervise and schedule the activities of salon staff, ensuring effective workflow.
  • Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 1 to 4 individuals.
