Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work

Plan and manage the work schedules of our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Maintenance and Repair

Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

Emergency Situations

Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.

Team Management

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.

Training and Development

Train and develop our team members in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as other administrative tasks, to ensure that our salon is running smoothly and efficiently.

Materials and Supplies

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that our salon has everything required to operate effectively.

Problem-Solving and Advice

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our salon is always operating at its best.

Requirements
  • Work Experience

7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or hairdressing industry.

Work Environment

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

Personal Qualities

Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, and a strong team player mentality.

Language

Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with our team members and clients.

Work Schedule

30 hours per week, with the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
