About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salon Supervisor to join our team at Trends Salon & Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our salon, overseeing daily activities, and leading a team of stylists and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Operations
    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, services, and staff rotations to ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of client appointments, services, and sales.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise, train, and develop a team of stylists and support staff to ensure exceptional client service and high-quality work.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Client Service
    • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction by responding to client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.
  • Inventory and Supplies
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of supplies to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the salon and its services.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Financial Management
    • Monitor and manage salon finances, including revenue, expenses, and inventory costs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a salon or spa management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of salon software and inventory management systems.
