As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of content to our research labs, empowering testers to provide valuable feedback.

Your Impact:

  • Champion player satisfaction while collaborating with development teams to optimize workflows.
  • Manage and maintain the technical infrastructure of our playtesting labs, ensuring a robust and reliable environment.
  • Define and execute operational objectives that drive efficiency and performance within the research labs.
  • Proactively monitor lab performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize disruptions.
  • Implement innovative test plans and procedures, contributing to the evolution of our testing methodologies.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and security protocols, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining a secure environment.

Your Expertise:

  • 2+ years of experience working with platforms and networks, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT production lifecycle stages, enabling you to contribute effectively throughout the development process.
  • Proven ability to thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with diverse teams.
  • A passion for player-centric principles, ensuring that all efforts prioritize the best possible gaming experience.
  • Proficiency in desktop support and LAN/WAN management, ensuring smooth operation of lab systems.
  • Familiarity with PC game streaming technologies and Python scripting, enhancing your ability to contribute to testing workflows.
  • Experience with virtualization, containerization, and cloud computing, demonstrating your adaptability to evolving technologies.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling you to effectively convey technical information and solve complex problems.
  • Understanding of test methodologies and tools, contributing to the development and execution of rigorous testing procedures.
