Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our Player Quality Insights team at Electronic Arts. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for delivering content and experiences to our play testers, both in our physical research labs and remote labs.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing the player first, ensuring that content is delivered with the player community in mind while still accounting for development constraints such as timelines, platforms, and budgets. You will also be responsible for technical setup/teardown/maintenance of playtesting labs infrastructure, setting and executing operational objectives for area of responsibility, and monitoring Lab performance.
Additionally, you will facilitate the development, implementation, and adherence of new test plans and procedures, identify, document, and analyze process changes for increased efficiency and productivity, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
Requirements include 2 or more years' experience working directly with platforms and networks, excellent knowledge of IT production lifecycle stages and processes, experience excelling in a diverse & distributed team, and ability to advocate for the best player principles.
