Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at IMGadgets™. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and accurate responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
  • Offer accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions to resolve issues.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Track, follow up, and resolve customer outstanding issues in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Develop customer service programs to provide outstanding service and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purposes.
  • Assist in training peers on improving customer support service.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Communicate customer feedback to technical and marketing teams to develop processes for better-serving customers.
  • Conduct customer surveys about the company's service/product to obtain feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses, and feedback to develop customer service analytics and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience providing customer service and technical support.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to categorize customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and issues effectively.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and find resolution where required.
  • Diplomacy and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Aptitude to learn and adapt, with the ability to stay up-to-date on new products and services.
