Media Solutions Coordinator

At CBC/Radio-Canada, we are seeking a highly organized and creative Media Solutions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Media Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and serving our stakeholders, supporting our employees, and acting as a liaison across all areas of Media Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate external production needs with and create contracts for various areas within Media Solutions, including Commercial Production and Content Marketing.
- Design and implement solutions adapted to meet the needs of the Sales teams across Media Solutions, participating in determining performance indicators, and monitoring the progress of projects.
- Recommend, support, and/or lead special projects, new initiatives, and innovation opportunities, including employee engagement projects, program development projects, and other work aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate with Sales teams and Media Solutions' external partners on specific event attendance, hospitality offerings, and ensuring client participation and satisfaction.
- Support budget planning by coordinating administrative activities with key stakeholders and performing in-depth data analyses and reconciliation.
- Coordinate and contribute to projects or initiatives with established specific parameters.
- Implement tools and processes to better support users and optimize Media Solutions Workday workflows.
- Work with various Media Solutions teams to amend and/or create new business processes designed towards integration and refinement of business practices.
- Assist with task management and conduct follow-ups while coordinating changing priorities.
- University degree, or substantial equivalent experience, in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Three (3) years' experience in a similar position.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
- Excellent knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada, its mandate, and its programming.
- Proven ability to plan and organize projects.
- Strong proficiency with various computer applications, including MS Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with an HRIS is an asset; knowledge of Workday is a strong asset.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently, be well organized, and handle multiple competing priorities.
- Creative, solutions-oriented team player with the ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision and meet deadlines that may be tight at times.
- Budget and schedule management skills are required.
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality are required. Experience in a unionized environment is considered a strong asset.
- Demonstrated initiative, with an ability to assess needs and take action to improve processes.
