About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at HD NAIL SPA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring we deliver personalized services that meet their expectations.
  • Business Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and supply chain management.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer retention.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of nail technicians and support staff.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among team members.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g., beauty therapy, business administration).
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a beauty salon or spa.
  • Work Environment
    • Wet/damp work environment.
