Nail Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at HD NAIL SPA. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, address customers' complaints or concerns, and respond to complaints of guests.
- Operations Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, arrange for maintenance and repair work, and establish work schedules and procedures.
- Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, and ensure that all team members are well-trained and up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Wet/damp
- Work Setting: Esthetician's salon, Beauty shop or aesthetic service
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Reliability
