Job Title: Nail Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at HD NAIL SPA. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail salon, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of estheticians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our esthetic team, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Manage the salon's inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client-focused and organized with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our nail salon is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team of estheticians to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be required to work in a wet/damp environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
