About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at HD NAIL SPA. As a Nail Salon Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Team Members: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, address customers' complaints or concerns, and respond to complaints of guests.
  • Training and Development: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Operations Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations, ensuring that the salon remains safe and secure.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Wet/damp
  • Work Setting: Esthetician's salon, Beauty shop or aesthetic service
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Organized, Reliability
