We're seeking a talented and resourceful Account Manager to join our team at Dina Constantinou Insurance Agency. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized insurance products and financial services that meet their goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify Opportunities and Provide Solutions: Proactively identify opportunities to propose protection to clients and provide them with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
  • Client Servicing and Retention: Assist clients with changes and servicing activities to ensure their satisfaction and retention, while advising and educating them on our products.
  • Relationship Building and Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, creating a climate of trust and providing personalized service to meet their evolving needs.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance the overall performance of the agency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Insurance Licenses: Hold the necessary insurance licenses, such as OTL and LLQP, as required by the industry.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: Demonstrate exceptional professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience and Skills: Possess a proven track record of sales success and the ability to meet sales goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Resourcefulness and Motivation: Be a motivated and resourceful individual who is driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in a second language is an asset, but not required.
