- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to customer service.
