Air Conditioning Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Professional to join our team at NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers within the Canadian legal cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Spend the majority of your time on the road promoting the retail sale of cannabis products, presenting, promoting, and selling MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands.
- Product Education: Provide product education to retailers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Customer Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers across assigned territories.
- Lead Generation: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and consistently plan visits for selling opportunities.
- Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry-related trends, practices, and events.
- Sales Materials: Support the development of any sales materials, ensuring they are effective and engaging.
- Brand Awareness: Create brand awareness and community engagement within assigned territories.
- New Opportunities: Establish new opportunities to promote MediPharm Labs' portfolio of brands within the confines of regulations.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the territory's potential, track activity, and submit results reports on a regular basis to management.
- Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, collaborating with, and making recommendations to management.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with management in planning sales activities and setting goals for assigned territories.
- Work Experience: Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on selling, communication, and negotiation.
- Self-Management: Highly motivated, result-driven with excellent self-management and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in Ontario.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and vehicle required for travel.
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent preferred.
