Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Wild Blue Restaurant and Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, such as banquets, and ensure presentation meets our high standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
