Reports to: Head Baker

Requirements

THINGS YOU WILL DO...

  1. Prepare baked goods with precision and efficiency on a daily basis.
  2. Adhere to all food safety protocols.
  3. Utilize the production sheet as necessary.
  4. Operate various baking equipment for the production of baked goods.
  5. Accurately read and follow recipes.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Assist in training new bakery staff.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  9. Communicate effectively with the Head Baker regarding tasks and any arising issues.
  10. Demonstrate proficiency in English.
  11. Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  12. Perform other duties as required.
