Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 4-8 engineers in designing and delivering Enterprise-specific functionality.
  • Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to drive business impact and create innovative user experiences.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
What We're Looking For:
  • Outcome-based focus with the ability to iterate, move fast, and measure.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team with a modern full-tech stack.
  • Passion for Growth and being an integral part of the team that drives the underlying technologies that powers our business.
  • Experience working on high-scale web applications and medical healthcare systems is considered an asset.
