At Fullscript, we're revolutionizing the way healthcare professionals deliver care. As a Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain.
We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our Growth Engineering Division, driving innovation and building scalable solutions for Enterprise healthcare groups.
As a key member of our technical team, you'll collaborate with product people, designers, and engineers to solve complex problems and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality.
- Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
- Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
- Help meet company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application.
- Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
- Collaborate with other Technical Leaders - product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.
