We're seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to join our Growth Engineering Division, focusing on building and innovating for Enterprise healthcare groups. As a leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Enterprise healthcare domain.

As the Technical Lead, you'll work closely with other technical leaders, product experts, designers, and engineers to tackle complex problems within our fast-growing platform. You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of 4-8 engineers.
  • Leveraging our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality.
  • Driving engineering initiatives that yield significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
  • Planning and architecting projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
  • Collaborating with Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap.
  • Ensuring the technical health and security of our application while meeting company goals.
  • Contributing to the code base and working alongside engineers to bring projects to completion.
  • Collaborating with other Technical Leaders – product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more.

We're looking for someone with:

  • The ability to work with business stakeholders and provide solutions.
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
  • Passion for Growth and being an integral part of the team that drives the underlying technologies that powers our business.
  • You are passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes.
  • Experience working on high-scale web applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred.
  • Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset.
