Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Security Operations to join our team at 2525412 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security guards and ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other teams and departments.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our security guards, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and other documentation to management.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Security Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response and crisis management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, clients, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid Security Guard License and a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
