Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security posts and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security threats.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on security-related metrics and statistics.
- 3-4 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Valid Security Guard License.
- Criminal record check.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with security guards, employees, and customers. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
